COMPUREP Digital Concierge / Data explanation

Helpful guidance.
Clear data boundaries.

Understand the public experience you can use today, and how a future authenticated digital concierge would differ.

How the public concierge works

  1. Choose a business priority

The guided finder uses your priority and team-size selections to suggest relevant services. Those choices stay in this page’s memory and reset on a reload. They are not sent to an AI provider.

  2. Understand AI before using it

AI answers are not connected. The Digital Concierge currently offers guided service discovery. If AI is enabled later, the interface identifies the provider before you submit a question. It sends that question and approved public COMPUREP content to the configured provider.

  3. Keep the conversation general

An enabled AI request is independent: it does not send earlier questions or your guided selections. The application does not persist questions or answers. A request to disable provider storage is not a guarantee of zero provider retention; the provider’s terms and controls must also be reviewed.

  4. Choose the next step yourself

Follow a service link, prepare a local enquiry brief or speak to the team. The concierge cannot create support tickets, send an enquiry, inspect your Microsoft environment or make account changes.

What to leave out of a question

Do not enter passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, confidential client records, health information or other sensitive personal information. Use an approved support channel when a case requires private details.

A future authenticated digital concierge

“Authenticated” means that a person has signed in and their identity has been verified through an agreed identity service. Authentication alone does not establish which client organisation or records that person may access.

This website does not currently provide an authenticated concierge. The client access hub links to the existing support portal; its account and access arrangements remain separate.

Before introducing a concierge that can use client information, the design would need to establish these controls and disclosures:

01 / Verify

Identity & membership

Use an agreed sign-in service and explicitly assign each person to the correct client and role. An email domain alone would not grant access.

02 / Authorise

Permission for every record

Check access on the server for each request, limit connected systems to the required permissions and isolate each client’s information.

03 / Explain

Purpose, providers & retention

Disclose which information is used, which providers receive it, applicable locations and safeguards, retention periods and how to exercise rights.

04 / Keep control

Review & human oversight

Define permitted actions, explicit confirmation for changes, appropriate audit records, escalation routes and a way to reach a person.

These are requirements for a future design, not a description of features connected to this website today.

Advice, decisions and people

Automated suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. They are starting points for a conversation, not binding quotes, contractual commitments, security determinations or legal advice. A person should confirm licensing, scope, suitability and any action affecting a real environment.
