Choose Essential, Professional or Enterprise for the support, administration and technology planning your business needs. Licences, hardware and project work are separate from those plans.

Talk through your requirementsSecure Essentials combines Essential Managed IT with Microsoft 365 Business Basic and baseline protection. Modern Business moves to Professional Managed IT and Business Standard, with security-awareness training and Microsoft 365 governance. Secure Premium combines Enterprise Managed IT and Business Premium with Intune, Conditional Access and a monthly security and vCIO review. Team size is one guide; your existing environment and requirements determine the final fit.
Bring your existing licence details to the conversation. The proposal should confirm which products and users are covered, how existing subscriptions fit and which Microsoft or Cloud Solution Provider terms apply. The bundle names alone do not confirm a licence change or migration.
Secure Essentials and Modern Business list backup for Microsoft 365. Secure Premium lists backup, with the covered workloads to be confirmed in the proposal. We agree the data, retention, recovery requirements and responsibilities for your environment. Do not assume that every device, server or cloud workload is covered by the bundle.
The bundle includes the named managed IT plan. Those plans include a business-hours service desk; continuous monitoring is a separate service activity. Support hours, escalation arrangements and response expectations are confirmed in your proposal. Monitoring does not guarantee a resolution time.
