Ongoing IT management
Discuss a managed service that brings together everyday support, maintenance and technology planning around an agreed scope.
Explore managed IT plansHow we work
Your business comes first. Together, we turn your technology priorities into a practical scope, clear responsibilities and a considered way forward.
From strategy to delivery
From the first conversation to the next improvement, each stage has a purpose and an agreed way forward.
Map your people, priorities and the systems your business relies on.
Define scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and support arrangements before work begins.
Document access, dependencies, tests and change windows before deployment.
Carry out the agreed work, validate the result and hand over what your team needs.
Agree service reporting and improvements, or close the project with its next steps clear.
Agree what is included, what is excluded, who owns each decision and how costs and changes are approved.
Keep the relevant documentation, access responsibilities and support arrangements clear, whether the work continues or the project closes.
From findings to decisions
Understand where you stand, what needs attention and who needs to be involved. An agreed assessment can give your team four practical outputs.
The depth and deliverables depend on the agreed assessment scope and available information. Implementation, costs and timing are agreed separately.
Built around your requirements
Start with the need. We can then discuss the right arrangement and agree what is included.
Changing IT partners?
There is more to a transition than changing a support number. These are the conversations to have before access or systems change hands.
Identify the systems, licences, supplier contacts and documentation involved. Confirm who owns the accounts and how authorised access will be transferred. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure process.
Discuss the people and business processes that depend on each system. Agree the change window, communications, validation and recovery approach for the work in scope. Any expected interruption should form part of that plan.
Agree support channels, coverage and escalation responsibilities. Requests are prioritised by business impact and urgency within your agreed support arrangements. Monitoring schedules, staffed support hours and response arrangements are distinct parts of the service and should be clear in your agreement.
Existing contracts, suppliers and technical dependencies inform the plan. Timing and service commitments are agreed for your environment.
Your first conversation
You do not need a finished technical brief. Tell us what is getting in the way, what you would like to achieve and any important timing or budget considerations.
Keep passwords, access codes and sensitive records out of public forms and enquiry briefs. We will agree a secure handover process if access or detailed records are needed.
