How do we choose the right plan?
Start with your team size, the systems you use and how much ongoing involvement you need. Essential provides a support and maintenance foundation. Professional adds broader administration and scheduled onsite visits. Enterprise adds infrastructure oversight and a more frequent review schedule. We confirm the fit and service scope in your proposal.
Does 24/7 monitoring mean a 24/7 service desk?
No. Continuous monitoring and alerting apply to the endpoints or infrastructure listed in the plan. Essential includes a business-hours service desk, which carries through to the other plans. Support hours, escalation arrangements and response expectations are confirmed in the proposal. Monitoring does not guarantee a resolution time.
Are Enterprise onsite visits additional to Professional visits?
Enterprise includes four scheduled onsite visits per month in total. This replaces the two visits in Professional. Its monthly vCIO review also replaces the quarterly review schedule. The visit arrangements and covered locations are confirmed in your proposal.
What is a vCIO review?
A virtual Chief Information Officer review is a scheduled conversation about your technology, business priorities and upcoming decisions. Professional includes a quarterly vCIO and business review. Enterprise includes a monthly review and technology roadmap.
Are Microsoft licences, hardware and projects included?
Licences, hardware and project work are separate from these managed IT plans. Administration of a product does not include its licence. Tell us what you already have and what you need so that the proposal can distinguish ongoing support, licensing and any project work.
What happens before the service starts?
We agree the environment, users, responsibilities and service scope in a proposal. These plans have a 12-month agreement and onboarding applies. Onboarding requirements and the transition into ongoing support are confirmed for your environment before you proceed.
