Move from reacting to planning
A slow laptop, a full server disk or an overdue update should lead to a useful action. We connect device signals with engineer oversight, agreed maintenance and accountable follow-through.

Proactive care
Agreed monitoring surfaces concerns for review. Our engineers prioritise the findings and schedule appropriate action with your business.

Data sovereignty & confidentiality. AI-assisted client work is scoped around approved enterprise environments, access controls and agreed POPIA responsibilities. Confidential client data, credentials and network configurations must stay out of public AI tools. Our service safeguards.
Visibility. Maintenance. Follow-through.
Remote monitoring and management brings the device view together. Service desk workflows give the work an owner. COMPUREP connects both to the way your business operates.
Device visibility
Review inventory, CPU, memory, disk, event and service signals; check warranty details against available records. Telemetry varies by device and OS; SMART health checks apply to supported Windows devices.
Human-Led, AI-Accelerated
Where approved tools support it, AI-assisted investigation helps engineers review trends and prioritise next steps. People validate findings and recommendations.
Planned patching
Agree update policies and maintenance windows for supported operating systems and applications, including restart and exception handling.
Software deployment
Deploy approved software and reviewed PowerShell or shell scripts to supported devices, with staged checks and a recovery approach suited to the change.
Scheduled maintenance
Schedule approved cleanups, service checks and repeatable maintenance, with the work, maintenance windows and recovery steps agreed in advance.
Connected service desk
Give staff an agreed way to request help, keep work records together and route issues to the people responsible for the next step.
Useful service reporting
Bring device health, work completed and improvement priorities together in a monthly health report, with the format, delivery channel and review responsibilities agreed.
Support across locations
Arrange assistance wherever your team works, with stable internet, supported devices and authorised access. We agree service hours and scheduling across time zones.
Three levels of involvement
Choose a support foundation, proactive device care or a wider working relationship. Your proposal confirms the people, devices and work covered.
Connect approved devices to COMPUREP and make it easier for your people to ask for help.
Proactive monitoring and maintenance are not included. Engineer time is separate, billed in agreed 30-minute blocks or covered by your existing support arrangement.
Occasional support with a consistent starting point.
Arrange your setupAdd ongoing device oversight and approved maintenance to help surface issues that need attention.
Quoted for the devices, policies and reporting in scope. Engineer support allowances are agreed separately.
Businesses that want visibility and planned device care.
Scope your endpointsCombine proactive endpoint care with defined support capacity, whether we run your IT or work alongside your team.
Discuss 10, 20 or 50-hour support blocks, or another agreed allowance. Validity, rollover, exclusions and any additional work are confirmed in the proposal.
Teams that need additional capacity or wider IT ownership.

| Your requirement | Foundation | Proactive IT Care | Managed / Co-Managed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Device visibility | Basic inventory | Inventory and agreed telemetry | Shared oversight of the agreed estate |
| Proactive maintenance | Not included | Approved patching and maintenance policies | Proactive IT Care plus agreed operational ownership |
| Engineer support | Agreed 30-minute blocks or existing cover | Separately agreed support allowance | Tailored support blocks or service allowance |
| Reporting and reviews | Support records within the agreed arrangement | Monthly device-health reporting in the agreed format | Service reporting and improvement reviews |
| Commercial basis | Complimentary foundation for eligible active clients | Monthly per-endpoint quotation | A scoped managed or co-managed proposal |
24/7 automated monitoring applies where configured and supported. Engineer response follows your agreed service hours and escalation arrangements; it does not mean a 24/7 staffed service desk.
Features vary across supported Windows PCs, Macs and servers. The branded Helpdesk tray agent is for Windows workstations where enabled for the signed-in user. Mac users contact us by email or the existing support portal. Network monitoring is scoped separately.
How it works
We bring the service into your environment with clear ownership, approved access and a plan your team understands.
Review your devices, existing agreements and priorities. Confirm the tier, service hours, access approvals and responsibilities before onboarding.
COMPUREP arranges the company-specific agent and approved installation route. We check device compatibility, permissions and initial settings with you.
Apply the agreed monitoring and maintenance scope, review findings with an engineer and track the next priorities through your service arrangement.
Monthly Infrastructure Health & Connection Reports
A useful report connects the device estate to business decisions: what needs attention, what maintenance was completed and what your engineer recommends next.
The preview uses fictional figures. Report contents and delivery are agreed with each client. Portal downloads and automatic invoice attachments on the first of each month are planned enhancements.

Support activity
Connection duration is not automatically billable engineer time. Work performed, support cover and any charge are reviewed separately.
Review storage needs with the device owner, agree any cleanup or upgrade, and check the result at the next planned review.
Clear expectations
Your devices and service agreement determine the right level of care. Here are the details worth knowing.
Explore our wider Managed IT PlansWe scope supported Windows PCs, Macs and physical or virtual servers during onboarding. Monitoring features vary by operating system, hardware and permissions. Network equipment can be included through an agreed monitoring setup; it does not use the same agent or offer the same controls as a workstation.
No. Performance trends and supported health indicators can reveal early warning signs, such as shrinking disk capacity or sustained resource pressure. Our engineers investigate and recommend action. AI-assisted diagnostics support that judgement; they cannot guarantee advance detection of a hardware failure or replace physical inspection.
Automated monitoring can operate around the clock on connected, enrolled devices. Human response, escalation and support hours follow your service agreement. Monitoring is not a promise of an immediate response or a guaranteed resolution time.
We agree maintenance windows, update policies and restart arrangements with you. Some patches and applications require a restart or user action. Deployment and maintenance changes are scoped and tested as appropriate for your environment, with exceptions reviewed by an engineer.
Eligible active clients can receive the agreed company-assigned agent setup, basic device visibility and a consistent route to request support. Engineer time is billed in agreed 30-minute intervals or covered by your existing support arrangement. Ongoing proactive maintenance is part of a separately scoped subscription or managed agreement.
On supported Windows workstations, the branded Helpdesk tray entry can be enabled for the signed-in user to submit a request and an appropriate screenshot. Mac users can email support@compurep.co.za or use their configured service portal. We confirm and demonstrate the available route during onboarding.
Your proposal confirms the monthly health-report contents, recipients and delivery channel. Self-service downloads of branded reports, custom rate cards and automatic report attachments to invoices on the first of each month are planned portal enhancements. They are not available from this public website yet.
COMPUREP first confirms the authorised organisation, device platform and company assignment. We then arrange the appropriate installer so that devices enter the correct client environment. For an agreed ad-hoc support session, the separate COMPUREP-branded TeamViewer Host is available through Remote IT Assistance. Downloading it does not enrol a device into an RMM subscription.
