Shape business calling around your team, call flows and customer experience.

The business perspective

Keep conversations connected.

Plan a calling setup that makes sense for reception, office teams and people working away from their desks. Map the call journey first, then assess the connectivity, numbers, devices and configuration needed to support it.

The problem we help solve

Help customers reach the right person.

The challenge

Calls do not always reach the team that can help.

Customers may be passed between people, meet an unanswered desk phone or need to call separate numbers. A traditional office-only setup can be awkward for a team that also works remotely.

How we help

Design the call journey around your business.

We plan your hosted phone system around numbers, extensions, opening hours and call routing. Internet readiness and suitable desk-phone or softphone options are checked before the setup is agreed.

Who it suits

Businesses with reception, shared numbers or hybrid teams.

A fit for teams replacing a PBX, opening another office or wanting a more consistent way for customers to contact staff across different locations.

Business calling, explained

COMPUREP Hosted VoIP

A hosted phone system keeps the phone-system controls in the cloud, rather than in a traditional PBX at your premises. Calls use your internet connection, with numbers, extensions and call flows planned around your team.

Start with the customer experience

When a customer calls your business, who should answer? What happens if that person is busy, working remotely or away for the day? Those answers shape the phone system we plan with you.

How could incoming calls work for our team?

A customer could hear a welcome greeting, press 1 for sales and ring a group of staff, with unanswered calls forwarded or sent to voicemail-to-email. Opening-hours and after-hours routing, transfers and hold music can also form part of the call journey. We configure these capabilities to the call flow agreed in your proposal.

Can staff use desk phones, computers or mobile devices?

Mobile and desktop calling apps are included, so staff can take business calls at their desks or while working remotely. We also review compatible desk-phone options where needed. Internet quality, power and device compatibility form part of the setup plan.

Can we keep our current business number?

Number porting is included for eligible numbers. We check ownership records, your current provider's requirements and existing commitments, then agree the transfer timing and how calls will be handled during the change.

What is included, and what do we confirm together?

Call waiting, mobile and desktop apps, call recording, number porting and support during agreed hours are included. Your proposal sets out the support hours and recording access, storage and retention. We confirm any auto-attendant, call-queue or additional routing requirements as part of your chosen setup.

How do you help us get started?

We assess your internet connection, network and device readiness, then plan extensions and call flows around your team. The agreed setup is configured and tested before handover, with guidance for the people using it and provider escalation coordinated where needed.
