COMPUREP Remote IT Assistance
Ordinary remote user, desktop and application support through an agreed TeamViewer session, planned in 30-minute blocks.
Confirm the issue, authorised session and applicable rate before work. Existing agreements and managed-plan allowances are reviewed first; the same work is not also charged as hourly workplace support. Onsite, after-hours, advanced engineering and projects need separate scope.

For authorised business-hours remote user, desktop and application support. Existing agreements may differ; included managed-plan work is not charged again. Do not also charge the same work as hourly workplace support. Onsite, after-hours, advanced engineering and projects are separately scoped. This is engineer time, not a remote-access software subscription.
