    Check the layout, contact details, links and any agreed team variations. Your nominated approver signs off before deployment.

  4. Agree the rollout

    Confirm the supported mail environment, users and access arrangements. Plan deployment and review the signature in the agreed email applications.

Does the monthly price include the design and rollout?

R99 including VAT is the monthly licence price. Design, setup and deployment are quoted separately after we discuss your requirements. Your quotation sets out the work and charges before you commit.

Does monthly billing mean a month-to-month contract?

Monthly describes the billing frequency. The subscription term, minimum number of licences, eligibility, renewal and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in your quotation.

What do we need before design starts?

Your brand guidelines and approved assets, the required content and a nominated approver. We consult with you on the design, then agree a secure channel for sharing files before design or deployment begins.

Will it work with our existing email setup?

Tell us which email platform, applications and devices your team uses. We confirm compatibility, required licences, permissions and the deployment approach in the quotation. Coverage is agreed for your environment.

Can we start with our existing signature?

Yes. Bring it to the design consultation along with what you want to keep or improve. We review the layout, brand assets and technical requirements before proposing the work.
