Microsoft 365

Build your Brand with ease using Microsoft 365

At Microsoft, we are committed to helping our small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers drive business growth by providing tools to help them unlock their productivity and creativity—with ease—this holiday and beyond. That is why we are constantly evolving the Microsoft 365 platform by introducing new experiences like Microsoft Clipchamp and Microsoft Loop—available now for Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscribers. We’ve also added new features to Microsoft Teams Essentials and Microsoft Teams Phone, both of which are key additions for leveraging the full potential of your Microsoft 365 Business subscription.

Let’s explore how Microsoft innovations make this a great time to use Microsoft 365 for your business.

Professional-grade video quick and easy with Clipchamp

Video is a key part of a business’s brand strategy. A good video can grab a customer’s interest and spur them to action. Using Microsoft Clipchamp takes the time and headaches out of creating impactful video content. You’ll get professional results in an easy interface that’ll feel comfortable in minutes. You don’t need to take our word for it. Use Clipchamp and you’ll see that it doesn’t require creation or editing experience with features such as:

  • Familiar editing tools you probably know, such as trimming, cropping, and speed control.
  • Easy access to features, such as adding still images as well as recording and processing audio.
  • Advanced features that are still easy to use like timeline editing.

The great thing about Clipchamp is that it lets you make high-quality recordings immediately. And the intuitive interface means editing them can be done smoothly and readily. And when you’re done, you won’t have to deal with a slew of dimensional headaches to get your new marketing in front of your audience. Clipchamp lets you tweak your video to make it immediately usable across multiple platforms, like YouTube or Facebook, letting you reinforce your brand quickly and easily.

Keep organized with Microsoft Loop

Sometimes creating your video is a whole project itself, and it can be confusing for you to keep track of all your assets, notes, tasks, and timelines. You need something to help you keep all your project elements organized in a central spot as well as the flexibility to collaborate in any app while staying in sync with the rest of your team.

Meet Microsoft Loop—the essential co-creation app, supercharged by AI. Loop keeps your work organized by bringing all the parts of your project together in one place—all while giving you and your team the flexibility to collaborate in your preferred app using Loop components. These are portable pieces of content that stay in sync across all the apps in which they’ve been shared like Outlook, Teams, and more. The Loop app is now generally available for all Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Premium customers at no additional charge. Give the Loop app a try today. And don’t forget to download the mobile app on iOS or Android.

New capabilities in Microsoft Teams Essentials and Teams Phone

Microsoft Bookings is now included in Microsoft Teams Essentials, allowing your customers to easily book a meeting with you, while you focus on meeting your customers’ needs rather than meeting scheduling. Microsoft Bookings integrates seamlessly with Teams to enable virtual meetings.

We’ve made it easier for admins to set up Teams right within Teams—without needing to go to Teams Admin Center or Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The Admin app in Teams has recommendations and the most relevant Teams settings for small businesses, along with the ability to get support from Microsoft. The app is automatically installed and available in Teams to admins in businesses with less than 25 users. It is also available for download in the Microsoft Teams Store for businesses of any size.

We’ve added new features to Teams Phone—and now provide shared calling, which allows you to assign a single number and calling plan to a group of licensed users. With a private line, you can set up a second phone number for a select set of callers, bypassing delegates, admins, or assistants. You can also receive alerts for protected voicemail (encrypted voicemails left by either internal or external callers).

For a limited time, we have a special promotional offer that includes both Teams Essentials and Teams Phone with a choice of calling plans. Discover more online or visit your preferred reseller. Also, for a limited time only, you can now try Teams Essentials without commitment for free for 30 days in the United States.
